One of Italy's most celebrated female fashion designers, Alessandra Facchinetti has been creating collections for over two decades. A graduate of the Istituto Marangoni, Facchinetti has a multidisciplinary approach that is influenced by a background in the history of art, sculpture and architecture, all additionally reflected in a design aesthetic that focuses on the purity of form and the linearity of construction.
Having steered the wheel at a number fashion houses including Miu Miu, Valentino, Gucci and Tod’s, Facchinetti has now delved into the world of porcelainware with a collection for Italian brand Editions Milano.
