Created by Nick Ross for Danish brand Menu, the 'Tearoom' series is inspired by the work of esteemed Scottish artist and designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh — specifically his 'Willow' chair, designed for Glasgow's Willow Tearooms in 1904. Using the sculptural 'Willow' chair as a starting point, Ross has crafted a fully functioning piece of furniture that offers comfort and style in equal doses, thanks to its seamless amalgamation of sumptuous velvet, a curved silhouette and gently sloping armrests.
