'Funquetry' tray, large

Taken from Nada Deb's 'Funquetry' collection, which brings together a series of homewares in an updated take on the traditional technique of marquetry, this tray combines multi-coloured strips of wood to stunning effect. Handmade in Beirut and cut from French oak, the tray features a number of inlaid strips in a crisscross pattern, which are sliced and shifted to break any geometric repetition. The result is a wonderfully playful and contemporary duality.
