Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec

Brittany-born, Paris-based brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec were first spotted by Giulio Cappellini in 1997 thanks to their Disintegrated Kitchen, on show at the Salon du Meuble. They now collaborate with leading brands such as Alessi, Magis, Iittala and Hay; among their most famous designs are the ‘Vegetal’ chair and ‘Algue’ dividing screens for Vitra, and the textile tiles ‘Cloud’ for Kvadrat.
