With a career that has spanned projects with local Italian brands to companies in Peru, Thailand and China, Marta Giardini's portfolio is a true reflection of the Milan-based designer and textile stylist's travels across the world. Collaborations with the likes of Armani Casa, Zara Home and Visionnaire have resulted in pieces that include tableware, lighting and furnishings, while larger projects — such as her partnership with Paola Navone for Gervasoni Blu — have presented entire collections. In 2002 Giardini founded Entratalibera, a 'laboratory of forms' with Bruno Rainaldi,
where a concept of research and experimentation is widely acknowledged to be a pioneer in its realm. Currently the style director of Coincasa and a consultant for Armani Casa, Trussardi Home and Zucchi, Giardini received widespread acclaim in 2016 when she was the recipient of an Honorable Mention for the Compasso d’Oro, awarded for her 'Perpetua' pencil.
