Award-Winning British Design and Manufacturing
Established & Sons are a champion of individual expression and contemporary design. It is a British brand committed to producing imaginative products with style and personality. Relying on talented craftsmen and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques and working with both leading practitioners and young designers, Established & Sons constantly delivers innovative ideas that evolve into exceptional furniture and lighting collections.
Sebastian Wrong was one of the five co-founders of Established & Sons but left in 2012 to focus on new ventures. The brand has most recently launched its first furniture collection at Salone Del Mobile in Milan in April 2018, since the return of the co-founder as design director, featuring a sofa that can be flat-packed and a bouncing light. Speaking about his return to the brand Wrong says, in an interview with Dezeen; “Established & Sons will always be a leading, inspiring brand. The difference now is that we have all grown up."
The new focus of the brand is to create collections that are accessible, but are competitively priced and ready to be bought and set up straight away. This includes producing products that are not only strong, but have strong designers and strong stories behind them. Equally the brand is attempting to revive old models and to reengage them with modern manufacturing processes and opportunities, consequently merging historical references with contemporary charm.

Iconic Products
'Stack' Chest of Drawers
Raw Edges founder Shay Alkalay's 'Stack' for Established & Sons challenges our perception of the humble chest of drawers. It combines a series of individual drawers in varying shades of red that can be pushed and pulled in both directions, the birch plywood unit can be adapted to a series of compositions, all shaped by the user. As a result this is a truly unique piece of functional furniture that is also a sculptural quality with its rich and wonderful celebration of colour and form.
'S20 Torch' Lighting Bunch
Sylvain Willenz's 'S20 Torch' for Established & Sons is an ultra-modern take on the chandelier, which references both the torch and car headlights in its playful design. It combines a bundle of twenty black lights in varying sizes, each one bearing a grainy matt exterior surface, the bold light is a show stopping centrepiece and features a 180cm drop that is ideal for double or triple height spaces.
'Wrongwoods' Low Cabinet
Richard Woods is renowned for his work with bold and repetitious motifs and is often inspired by domestic pattern and a nostalgia for mid-century domestic interiors. The artist’s woodblock prints are his signature and are instantly distinguishable on the many facades, floors and walls around the world to which they have been applied. Woods teamed up with designer Sebastian Wrong for a programme of collaborations led by Established & Sons. Here, Woods has applied a cartoonish green wood grain print to Wrong’s utilitarian plywood storage unit, which is reminiscent of 1950s furniture, an ideal pairing, given Woods' reverence of the era. As a result, the product is both graphic and playful.
