'Colour' bin, medium

There's no mistaking Scholten and Baijings' hand in Karimoku New Standard's 'Colour' bin, which bears all the hallmarks of the Dutch duo's signature play on colour, shape and geometry. Despite being constructed from individual laths of Japanese chestnut, the container's interlinking joints are seamless, broken only by a mint-coloured ring around its circumference.
