'Revolution' ballpoint pen

Parafernalia’s star product, the ‘Revolution’ pen was designed in 1978 by Sergio Carpani to commemorate the construction of the Centre Pompidou in Paris. Just like the Parisian museum, this pen’s high-tech design exposes its traditionally hidden parts and mechanism. Entirely assembled by hand in Italy, it is made of 31 miniature metallic components and is available here in two different finishes.
