'Albero' cuckoo clock, green

This enchanting cuckoo clock encapsulates the innovative spirit of Domeniconi. 'Albero' — designed and crafted by the iconic Italian brand — is a wall clock and sculpture at once. In homage to the traditional cuckoo clock, the piece is carved from wood, and resembles an established green tree in naturalistic color and detail. Its three-dimensional nature creates depth and shadow on the wall, and conjures the atmosphere of the forest. The clock hands mimic a dark bird flying over its branches. A white cuckoo is hidden within the foliage, which emerges on the hour and flaps its wings as it sings. Designed to not disturb sleep, 'Albero' is equipped with a sensor, which releases the bird only in the presence of light.
