This portrait sculptural vase joins Marcantonio’s 'Kintsugi' series for Seletti, which celebrates the traditional Japanese art of renewing with liquid golden joinery. Made of fragments of delicate white porcelain in a Classical style, the head features sections decorated with multicolor botanicals. Enriched with gold, this statement piece is an art object in its own right, which takes on a new identity when filled with fresh or fried foliage. 'Him' can be displayed alongside his female counterpart and other decorative designs from the 'Kintsugi' series.
