'Verde Lanza' espresso cup and saucer, set of two, green

Designed by Pascale Naessens, 'Verde Lanza' takes inspiration from the island of Lanzarote. The series for Serax translates into tableware the role that the color green plays in the island’s unique aesthetic. A series of pieces captures the traditional green-painted windows and doors — and sparse, succulent vegetation — that create bursts of color in this otherworldly landscape. Each design is enriched with a unique texture — imprinted by the designer herself — that recalls volcanic formations. This set of two characterful espresso cups and saucers is defined by a deep sun-worn glaze and a rustic, artisanal silhouette. The set can be added to with other coffeeware, and dinnerware, from the collection for the complete look.
