'Spring' scissors, large

Inspired by traditional Japanese cutting instruments, Dutch designer Lex Pott, known for his raw and intuitive methods, and Danish master of functionality Nomess Copenhagen have rethought scissors. The resulting Spring scissors, exquisite in their sculptural simplicity, comprise just a single piece of steel, bent into a spring to create tension for the flattened and sharpened blades. Best of all, they make the cut for both left- and right-handed people.
