A design classic, the 'Lily' candlestick was created by Ivar Ålenius Björk (1905 – 1978), a sculptor known both for his busts and his series of brass candlesticks. Decades after the original Swedish manufacturer, Ystad-Metall, closed down, Skultuna — in agreement with Björk's relatives — has reproduced the elegant 'Lily' candlestick. Originally created for the New York world fair in 1939, the sleek brass candlestick has stood the test of time and looks as elegant today as it did when it was first produced. Glass vase sold separately.
