Historic French brand Trudon has gone back in time for its new collection, created in celebration of the candlemaker's 380th anniversary. The 'Tuileries' collection, comprising four candle sizes and a diffuser, finds inspiration in the archived notes of countess Geneviève d’Ossun, a French courtier who served as lady-in-waiting to Marie Antoinette. Amidst this document, fabric samples from the queen's dresses and royal outfits are gathered and reveal a penchant for the rose, Marie Antoinette's favorite flower.
