A collaborative effort between MUDAM (Musée d’Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean), Luxembourg City and various cultural institutions, the Design City LX Festival presents a series of exhibitions, meetings and installations for the fifth year running. For 2018, the theme is the exploration of design as a common language with the ability to make opposites attract.

Led by an enthusiasm for combining craftsmanship with modern industrial production methods, Julie Conrad Design Studio is a Luxembourg-based brand that develops both products and furniture. As well as a focus on materials and how they can enhance function, storytelling is also at the core of each and every one of the brand's creations, which are both simple and unexpected.
