'Fumus' star eye candle

The star eye is a mystical symbol with many meanings and interpretations. Here, it references Gucci's longstanding connection to both the motif and outer space, and is applied to the outer casing of Gucci Décor's 'Fumus' candle for a votive that is as stylish as it is aromatic. The fragranced paraffin wax candle brings together dark and intense notes of orange leaves and beeswax and invokes the scents of an artisan's Florentine workshop. Taken from Alessandro Michele's new Gucci Décor series, the candle is encased in a reusable holder that is crafted from Richard Ginori porcelain and topped with a pink lid featuring a hand holding a ring — a recurring design seen throughout Michele's collections.
