'Heart' hand candle

A heart motif is boldly applied to the bubble-gum pink-coloured outer casing of Gucci Décor's 'Heart' candle for a votive that is as stylish as it is aromatic. The scented paraffin wax candle brings together fresh and aquatic notes of Persian blue salt, seaweed, water moss and liquorice essence to create 'Mehen', a scent named for the Egyptian snake deity. Given the serpent's ubiquity throughout Gucci's history of designs, it's an apt choice, while more romantic ideals are represented through the words 'Loved' and 'I know everything about love' printed on either side. The candle is encased in a reusable holder that is crafted from Richard Ginori porcelain and topped with a lid featuring a hand holding a ring — a recurring design seen throughout Alessandro Michele's collections.
