'Lotte White' bowl

Taken from Studiopepe's 'Affinità Elettive' collection for Bloc Studios, 'Lotte White' is one piece of a multi-object expressive study of the concept of 'elective affinities' — simply put, chemical compounds that, though linked to primary element, leave this first connection in order to create a new one with a third element. Here, this takes shape as a white marble bowl, defined by a wide rim and a pronounced stand, which can be physically joined with other pieces from the series.
