A portable table lamp designed by Norm Architects for Audo Copenhagen, developed from uniting MENU and by Lassen, 'Hashira' is a simple piece rooted in the basic geometries of architecture. As such, the light source is defined by a slender cylindrical silhouette that nods to Japanese lantern aesthetics, while an ash wood base rounds off this minimalist expression and gentle marriage of materials.
