Inspired by an original design found in the archives of pottery firm Alvino Bagni, the vase is a reinterpretation of its predecessor with new colours and a matte black finish. Recalling the texture of a fabric, the middle of the vase features a hand-striped texture created by combing the vessel vertically, while an ancient hot wax technique allows for maximum precision in the application of colour.
