'Travasi' bottle

Ichendorf Milano's new 'Travasi' collection is focused on the action of decanting liquids from their original packaging into more table-worthy containers. As such, the series comprises a family of pouring forms that embrace the trend of depersonalisation and evade conventional roles, allowing each piece a sense of freedom and ambiguity in what they may be used for. The 'Travasi' bottle is one such hybrid object, a borosilicate glass vessel in shades of lilac and green, that can be used to accommodate wine, water, coffee, milk, oil, vinegar, or whatever users prefer.
