'Berra' paper holder, small

Designed by Lucien Gumy for Karimoku New Standard, 'Berra' is a creative play on gravity, angles and weight. On a gentle slope, a solid oak wood paperweight balances three counterweights between which papers and postcards can be held in place. The item takes its name from a mountain in Gumy's native Switzerland that had experienced a landslide and reminded the designer of the paperweight's functionality.
